KiddyJoy is built specifically for toddlers and young children. To ensure complete safety and compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Designed for Families program:
- No Personal Information: We do NOT collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or physical addresses from children.
- No Location Tracking: We do NOT collect or track your device's geographical location.
- No Camera or Microphone Access: Our app does not access your device's camera, microphone, or photo gallery.
2. Local Data Storage
To provide a seamless gaming experience, KiddyJoy saves game progress (such as highest unlocked levels and total coins earned). This data is stored locally on your device only.
We do not sync, upload, or transmit this save data to any external servers, cloud storage, or third-party databases. If you uninstall the app, this local progress data will be permanently deleted.
3. Advertisements and In-App Purchases
KiddyJoy is a 100% ad-free experience.
- We do not show any third-party banner ads, interstitial ads, or video ads.
- The "Reward Videos" featured in the app to earn coins are pre-packaged, built-in animations created by us. They do not connect to the internet or ad networks.
- There are no hidden in-app purchases (IAP) required to play the core game.
4. Third-Party Services and Analytics
We do not use any third-party tracking, analytics tools, or crash reporting software (such as Google Analytics or Firebase) that would collect usage data or device identifiers from children.
5. Compliance with COPPA and GDPR-K
Our application is designed for children under the age of 13 (and specifically targeted at ages 5-8 and under). We strictly adhere to the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) in the United States and GDPR-K in the European Union. Because we do not collect any personal information, we do not require verifiable parental consent to use the app.
6. External Links
The only external links present in our application are located in the "Rate Us" or "Share" sections. These features use the native sharing functionality of your device's operating system (Android/iOS) to share a pre-written text message or to redirect you to the official App Store/Play Store page. We do not track who you share the app with. These areas are designed to be accessed by parents.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
